1. This offer is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
   
2. The offer is valid for new bookings made and paid through the official Tassel Hair Spa website only.
   
3. Guests must enter the promo code RELAX2GETHER at checkout to enjoy this offer.
   
4. This offer is applicable to two guests who book and enjoy their treatments on the same date and at the same time.
   
5. Both guests must book the same treatment, including the same treatment type and duration.
   
6. Upon meeting all promotion requirements, one guest will receive 20% off the treatment price.
   
7. The offer is available for all treatment durations.
   
8. Eligibility will be determined based on the treatment, appointment date and appointment time selected at the time of booking.
   
9. Guests who choose to upgrade their treatment after their scalp analysis may retain the promotional offer by paying only the applicable upgrade fee.
   
10. If a confirmed booking is changed and no longer satisfies the promotion requirements, including changes to the appointment date, time or treatment, Tassel Hair Spa reserves the right to revoke the promotional discount and charge the applicable price difference.
    
11. If either guest cancels, does not attend, does not complete the treatment or otherwise fails to meet the promotion requirements, the promotional offer will no longer apply.
    
12. Successful application of the promo code does not automatically guarantee eligibility. Tassel Hair Spa reserves the right to verify all bookings.
    
13. If a booking does not meet the promotion requirements, Tassel Hair Spa will contact the guest to arrange an adjustment or collect any applicable price difference.
    
14. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, promotional codes, member privileges, birthday offers, treatment package offers, cash vouchers or other promotional offers.
    
15. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products or other services.
    
16. The offer is subject to availability and may end without prior notice once promotional capacity has been reached.
    
17. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
    
18. Any amendments or cancellations are subject to Tassel Hair Spa's prevailing booking, amendment and cancellation policy.
    
19. Tassel Hair Spa reserves the right to make the final decision regarding this promotion and may amend, suspend or terminate the offer without prior notice.
