How to make reservation?

預約須知 🔔

• 提交預約後，您將收到確認電郵 。
• 預約一經確認，恕不接受退款 。
• 預約前一天，我們會透過 WhatsApp 發送提醒訊息 。
  
• 如需更改預約，請於最少一日前（營業時間內：上午 11 時至晚上 9 時）通知本店。
  * 每筆預約只可更改一次，請透過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們安排。
• 更改後之新預約，必須於原定預約日起計一個月內使用，逾期作廢。
• 當日取消或未有出席 ( No Show ) 將視為放棄療程，所有費用亦將不予退還或保留。
• 遲到 10 分鐘以上，服務時間將照常計算，不作補回 。
• 遲到 20 分鐘以上，本店有權取消該次服務，且不作退款 。
  
• 孕婦需知: 為確保安全與舒適，本店療程只適用於懷孕12至27週之孕婦。

Booking Guidelines 🔔

• After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
• We’ll send you a reminder via WhatsApp one day before your appointment.
• To reschedule, please notify us at least one day in advance during business hours (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
  *Each booking can only be rescheduled once. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.
• The new appointment must be used within one month from the original date. Late rescheduling will be voided.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered forfeited, and all fees will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you are 10+ minutes late, your session time will still be counted as scheduled, with no extension.
• If you are 20+ minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with no refund.
  
• Notice for Pregnant Clients: For safety and comfort, our treatments are suitable for pregnant guests between 12–27 weeks only.
