How to make reservation?
預約須知 🔔
- 提交預約後，您應收到預約的確認電郵。
- 預約前 1 天，我們會透過 Whatsapp 向您發送提醒信息。
- 預約一經確認，恕不接受退款。
- 如果需取消/更改預約，請於預約日期前 1 天在營業時間 (11am - 9pm) 內通知我們。
- 如要取消預約，您可於 30 天內再次進行預約；逾期者將視為放棄及不作退款。
- 如失約者，恕不退回預約費用。
- 如果預約當天因事情耽誤而需要延遲至少 10 分鐘以上，請及時通知我們。
- 為不影響下一位客人的服務，如客人遲到 10 分鐘以上，我們將開始計時而不補回服務時間。
- 如客人遲到 20 分鐘以上，本店則有權取消該次服務且不作退款。
Booking Reminder 🔔
- Once you submitted your booking, you should received an email confirmation.
- We will send you reminder message via Whatsapp 1 day before your appointment.
- Once your booking is confirmed, refund is not allowed.
- Please let us know at least 1 days (within opening hours 11am - 9pm) in advance if you would like to cancel/change your booking.
- If you required to cancel your booking, you may reschedule it within 30 days. Overdue booking should not be redeemed and refunded.
- If you are late for appointment more than 10 mins, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
- In order to serve the next customer on time, if you are late for more than 10 minutes, the session will start as scheduled and the missed time will not be made up.
- If customers are late for more than 20 minutes, our shop reserve the right to cancel the service without providing a refund.
