- 提交預約後,您將收到確認電郵 。

預約前一天,我們會透過 WhatsApp 發送提醒訊息 。
- 預約一經確認,恕不接受退款 。
- 如需取消或更改預約,請於預約日前一天,在營業時間內(11AM - 9PM)通知我們 。
- 取消預約的客人可於 30 天內重新預約,逾期則視為放棄且不作退款 。
- 失約者恕不退回預約費用 。

如需延遲 10 分鐘以上,請提前通知我們。
- 遲到 10 分鐘以上,服務時間將照常計算,不作補回 。
- 遲到 20 分鐘以上,本店有權取消該次服務,且不作退款 。
- 孕婦服務安排:我們暫不接待孕婦,建議選擇其他專為孕婦設計的放鬆療程,或待產後再來體驗我們的專業頭療 。

Booking Guidelines 🔔
- After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
- A reminder message will be sent via WhatsApp the day before your appointment.
- No refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least one day in advance during our business hours (11 AM - 9 PM).
- Canceled bookings can be rescheduled within 30 days; after this period, the booking will be forfeited with no refund.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please notify us in advance.
- If you are 10+ minutes late, your session time will still be counted as scheduled, with no extension.
- If you are 20+ minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with no refund.
- Pregnancy Policy: We are currently unable to accommodate pregnant clients. We recommend choosing pregnancy-safe relaxation treatments or visiting us after childbirth to experience our professional scalp therapy.
