支付留位費前，請務必聯絡客服確認可預約時間。
Before making the Appointment Deposit payment, please make sure to contact customer service to confirm the available booking time.

為確保預約順利並預留時段，我地會收取一個 小額留位費。
留位費將會於療程當日 全數扣減 於尾數中，多謝您理解與配合～😊✨

• 留位費一經繳付，恕不設退款及轉讓。
  
• 如需改期，需於 預約時間的24小時前通知，可安排改期一次（經 WhatsApp 聯絡）
• 新的預約需在原定預約日起計一個月內完成。
• 當日更改預約（包括更改時間或日期）、取消或未如期出席將被視為放棄預約，所有已繳費用恕不退還亦不可轉讓。
  
• 如遇惡劣天氣（例如黑色暴雨、八號風球），我們會主動聯絡並免費安排改期。

To secure your booking and reserve your time slot, we kindly ask for a small deposit.
This amount will be fully deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment. Thank you for your understanding and support! 😊✨

• Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  
• Reschedule once only, with at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment time (via WhatsApp).
• The new booking must be within 1 month of the original date.
• Same-day appointment changes (including changes to the time or date), cancellations, or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.
  
• In case of severe weather (e.g. Black Rainstorm or Typhoon No.8), we’ll help reschedule at no cost.
